Once your Company has been set up you will also have a new Domain (your store). To ensure that your Domain is fully set up please complete the following steps.
In the left hand navigation select Domain and your Domain Name. You can also access your Domain profile page from your Company page by clicking on the Domains tab and then clicking on the Domain image or selecting the Edit Domain icon.
Move through each of the tabs at the top to complete your Domain profile.

Settings
- Upload your Company / Store logo
- You can update your Domain name here
- Click Update
- If you wish to turn off your store and not show it to the public, toggle off Show Public
Users
- List of users under this Domain
- From here you can login as the user (based on permissions), edit user details or remove the user from the Domain
Invitations
- To add a new user click the + button and enter the users details including selecting the type of user they will be (Store / Domain Role), based on permission criteria. Domain Role types are:
- Public - has no permissions on the domain
- Admin - has all permissions on the domain and its associated entities
- Sales - has limited permissions on the domain and can add/edit/delete jobs, invoices, products, users and shipments
- Designer - can only edit and update job specific attributes related to job drafting and some specific job production attributes
- Supplier - can only edit and update job assignments which they’ve been specifically assigned to
- Client - can access and edit (some) job attributes where they are the assigned client or in the assigned client company
- Manager - has limited permissions on the domain and can add/edit/delete jobs, invoices, products, users and shipments
- Accountant - can access invoices, jobs and shipments
- Theme Editor - can create themes, edit them and apply them to the domain
Tracking
Track conversions from advertising platforms such as Google and Facebook by adding their custom conversion tracking scripts. These scripts will appear at the bottom of the 'Thank You' page which is shown after a successful payment has been processed.

- Click Set
- Refer to your Google Ads account for these two tags, Global + Conversions
Tags
Tags can be used to meaningfully organise jobs, invoices, products and shipments which exist under your Store / Domain. You have complete freedom to design your tagging system as you see fit. Each store you manage will have its own tagging system, unique to that store. An example may be "Priority Job" which may be associated with an important job.
- Click on + and add details including selecting a colour for each
- You can also select whether this will be an internal only tag or whether the public can view the tag
- Click Save

Your Merchi domain/store key will provide access to your Merchi domain/store and its associated assets via the Merchi API.
