When someone purchases a product from your Merchi store, you must follow your local consumer laws guidelines to decide whether you will accept returns or exchanges. It is best to advise your customers to contact you before returning any products.
Generally Suppliers that produce custom made products will not accept returns, however you may also be selling your own stock that you hold inventory of and you may be happy to organise a return or exchange with your buyer.
Merchi does not facilitate returns or exchanges through the platform, therefore if you choose to allow returns and exchanges, you will need to create a policy and add that to your site.
